What does a Premium Auditor do?

Our Premium Auditors meet with our clients’ policyholders onsite, virtually, or via phone, usually at the end of the policy period, to review business operations and financial records such as payroll, sales, and costs, and verify class codes as per industry and client standards.

• Schedule appointments with clients to conduct audits and gather information
• Submit audit reports via web portal and our exclusive auditing software
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face discussions
• Examine payroll and tax records of commercial businesses
• Evaluate operational practices
• Adhere to customer requirements and quality standards
• Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity

Qualifications:

• Candidate must reside in the specified geographic area
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience required
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Numbers-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to use deductive reasoning to find solutions
