Job Responsibilities
  1. Meet with clients onsite, virtually, or via phone to conduct premium audits at the end of policy periods.
  2. Review business operations and financial records such as payroll, sales, and costs.
  3. Verify industry and client-specific class codes as per insurance contracts.
  4. Schedule appointments individually with clients to gather necessary information.
  5. Submit audit reports through our web portal and proprietary software.
  6. Communicate with clients via phone, email, or face-to-face discussions.
  7. Examine payroll and tax records of commercial businesses.
  8. Evaluate operational practices and ensure compliance with customer standards.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
Qualifications
  • Reside within the specified geographic area.
  • Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is helpful but not required.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Numbers-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills.
  • Premium audit experience is not necessary; training is provided.
