What does a Premium Auditor do?

Our field auditors meet with clients onsite, virtually, or by phone to review business operations, financial records such as payroll and sales, verify industry-specific class codes, and ensure compliance with insurance standards.

• Schedule appointments with clients to conduct audits and gather information.
• Submit reports via our web portal and proprietary software.
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and in person.
• Review payroll and tax records of businesses.
• Assess operational practices.
• Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.

Qualifications:

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience helpful but not required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Numerical proficiency and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to apply deductive reasoning for problem-solving.
