What does a Premium Auditor do?

Our Premium Auditors meet with clients onsite, virtually, or via phone, usually at the end of the policy period, to review business operations, financial records (like payroll, sales, and costs), and verify class codes as per industry and client standards.

• Schedule appointments with clients to conduct audits and gather information
• Submit audit reports via our web portal and proprietary software
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face
• Examine payroll and tax records of businesses
• Evaluate operational practices
• Follow customer requirements and maintain quality standards
• Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity

Qualifications:

• Must reside in the specified geographic area
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience required
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Numbers-oriented with analytical skills

• Ability to use deductive reasoning for problem-solving
