Role of a Premium Auditor

Our Premium Auditors meet with clients onsite, virtually, or via phone to review business operations, financial records, and verify industry-specific class codes. Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling appointments and conducting audits.
• Submitting reports through our web portal and software.
• Communicating with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face.
• Reviewing payroll and tax records.
• Evaluating operational practices.
• Maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Reside within the designated geographic area.
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience required.
• Strong customer service and people skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Analytical and deductive reasoning skills.
