Job summary

AmTrust Financial Services Inc. is seeking a Premium Audit Manager to lead a remote team conducting virtual and some physical audits focused on Workers’ Compensation and General Liability.

You’ll drive service delivery, staff development, vendor management, and regulatory compliance while aligning with AmTrust’s mission and values. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in premium audit or related fields, with strong communication, organizational skills, and business acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in premium audit or related field.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of industry concepts.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a remote team of 12–16 Senior Premium Auditors & Premium Auditors.
• Oversee audit execution targets, inventory management, and performance metrics.
• Coach, mentor and develop staff; recruit and onboard new auditors.
• Analyze audit findings and present monthly productivity and quality reports.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective collaboration with insureds, agents and underwriters.
• Drive continuous improvement and strategic initiatives within Premium Audit.
