Job summary

Selective Insurance, a national property and casualty insurance company, seeks a Premium Auditor to perform in-person and virtual audits of Commercial Line policies under limited supervision. Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
• Proficiency with computer tools including Microsoft Excel and online research.
• Physical ability to climb stairs and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage, schedule and conduct physical/virtual audits for Commercial Lines policies.
• Schedule territory and inventory to optimize efficiencies; travel 70–80% of time.
• Notify underwriting of changes in exposures, operations, products/services, classifications, locations.
• Resolve audit disputes and prepare amended audits for billing; handle disputes in non-NCCI states.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and provide technical expertise.
