Job summary

Signature Aviation in Roanoke, VA seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver seamless, hospitality‑driven service and hands‑on operational support for guests, crew, and aircraft.

You’ll operate ground service equipment, perform fueling and de‑icing, guide aircraft, and ensure safe, efficient operations while maintaining an outstanding guest experience. Flexible schedule and outdoor conditions are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to pass background checks and obtain airport badge.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required locally.
• Color vision test for fuel inspection.

Responsibilities

• Operate ground service equipment and perform aircraft ground services.
• Collaborate with guests, vendors and crew to meet service needs.
• Identify open tasks and report safety concerns immediately.
• Load/unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft and PAT.
• Provide professional guest service and safe shuttle transportation.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and operations.
• Handle fuel tasks and related documentation.
• Follow safety, operational, and security protocols.
• Document time worked and services performed.
• Follow emergency procedures when needed.
