Job summary

Signature Aviation in Winston-Salem seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a seamless, luxury guest experience at our private aviation terminal. You’ll blend hospitality with hands-on aircraft ground services, guiding guests from wheels down to wheels up in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires schedule flexibility, outdoor work around active aircraft, and strict adherence to safety, security, and SOPs while maintaining a positive, service-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Pass airport background checks, drug tests, and obtain airport security badge.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs and communicate tasks.
• Collaborate with guests, crew, vendors, and aircraft personnel to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft; identify open tasks and safety concerns.
• Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, GPUs, tugs, etc.).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo to/from aircraft and passenger terminals or guest vehicles.
• Provide professional guest service with a positive attitude at all times.
• Offer safe transportation when driving shuttle vehicles for guests and luggage.
• Maintain ramps, fuel handling, and related documentation.
• Follow emergency procedures and enforce security protocols.
• Create accurate records of time worked and services performed.
