Job summary

ABM Industries at JFK Terminal 6 is seeking a Guest Experience Team member to provide outstanding customer service to travelers and guide them through their airport journey. You will work with the Terminal 6 team to drive operational efficiency at key touchpoints and promote ancillary products and services.

The role is full-time (32-40 hours/week), including holidays and weekends, with a compensation of $24.25/hr.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding and proactive customer service to all guests at JFK Terminal 6.
• Coordinate with airport teams to manage passenger flow and queue lines.
• Remain calm, professional, and courteous with all guests, including difficult situations.
• Promote Terminal 6 activities and ancillary products and services.
• Support international flight activity by coordinating with Customs and Immigration services.
