Job summary

VIP Hospitality is hiring Part-Time Customer Service Ambassadors to assist passengers and airport employees at JFK, primarily in Terminal 4 and at checkpoints. Responsibilities include guiding travelers, providing information, and helping maintain orderly queues while reporting concerns to improve the airport experience.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of airport customer service or 2 years in a customer-facing role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of customer service experience at a medium- or large-hub airport or 2 years in another customer-facing environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged; Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, and French Creole are mentioned.

Responsibilities

• Guide passengers, visitors and airport staff with information and directions.
• Manage queues, direct travelers through processes, and report facility concerns as needed.
• Coordinate tasks within a small team and serve as a point of contact in your area.
