LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) in San Francisco. The role offers a $20/hr base plus uncapped commission, with average first-year earnings of $70,000–$95,000 and full training provided.

You will own consultations from the initial greeting through long-term loyalty, educating patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services. Expect to present financing options, drive treatment plans, and partner with clinicians to deliver a seamless, premium patient

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales required.
• Weekend availability required.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure; base pay is the floor, not the goal.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and own the patient journey from first hello to loyalty.
• Design customized treatment plans and present financing options.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services; partner with clinicians and Location Director to ensure a premium patient experience.
• Utilize LaserAway's CRM to manage a steady pipeline of leads and patient history.
