LaserAway is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) in Oakland to lead consultations and build personalized treatment plans. You will own the patient relationship from first contact through long-term loyalty, driving revenue and delivering a premium client experience.

Base pay starts at $20/hour with uncapped commissions and comprehensive training. Expect weekends and evenings, with strong earning potential ($70,000–$95,000 first year) based on performance and pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure with base pay as floor.
• Polished, confident, and patient-centered in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Guide patients through their aesthetic journey from hello to checkout.
• Present treatment plans and financing options to clients.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a premium experience.
