Job summary

AT&T Premier Service Consultant roles involve directly engaging customers to drive service solutions, upsell products, and maintain satisfaction across calls, chats, and emails. You will handle billing issues, explain offerings, and troubleshoot basic problems while aiming to build lasting customer loyalty.
