Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager, Account Management to drive sales and profitability by executing daily operations for assigned accounts, reporting to the Director, Account Lead.

The Associate will serve as an additional point of contact for retailers and coordinate retailer needs with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include preparing sales results, supporting promotions with Planning, Retailer.com, and GWPs, and ensuring timely item setups and seasonal

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of related experience preferably in Beauty, Consumer Packaged Goods, and/or Retail.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Flexible and able to juggle multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales results and distribute a summary of findings.
• Partner with Planning team to execute and recap all retailer promotions and summarize results.
• Partner with Retailer.com and Account Leads to program and execute retailer GWPs and sampling to drive new customer acquisition.
• Coordinate with Planning to ensure all item setup for NPL is completed timely.
• Work with retailer partners to execute seasonal programming, including updates, placements, events, and promotions.
• Monitor competitive core and new launch programming to adapt strategies.
• Collaborate with Field Team and Event Manager to develop tools for in-store events and activations.
• Coordinate with Event Manager and Account Lead to execute door level eventing strategies.
• Assist in scheduling Seasonal Market and Post Market Meetings and manage Action Registries by account.
