Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group seeks a capable Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to oversee one or more full-service outlets daily and coordinate special events. You will ensure adherence to service standards and health compliance, while driving revenue and controlling labor costs.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years restaurant management experience in a full service outlet.
• Hospitality Management Degree or some college preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of one or more full-service outlet(s) daily and coordinate events.
• Achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses and labor costs, and maximize profitability.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with Sales, Catering, Banquets, Housekeeping and Guest Services.
• May serve as Manager on Duty and perform other duties as assigned.
