InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown is seeking a seasoned Restaurant & Beverage Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations and coordinate events. You will lead staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and work with the Executive Chef on menus and service standards.

This full-time, on-site role in downtown LA requires 1–2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service outlet and a high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality knowledge is preferred.

• Hospitality knowledge is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day activities of one or more food and/or beverage outlets.
• Plan and organize work; communicate and enforce policies.
• Recommend and/or initiate staffing actions in accordance with company rules.
• Ensure staff training and certification where applicable.
• Greet guests and respond to complaints; implement service recovery.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on concepts, menus and promotions.
• Monitor restaurant performance via guest feedback and financial results.
• Assist in budgeting and labor cost control; maximize profitability.
• Ensure inventory security and proper storage; timely replenishment.
• Promote teamwork with Sales, Catering, Housekeeping and other departments.
