Job summary

Canada Goose in Troy, Michigan is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to store results. You will meet sales targets, help build strong client relationships, and process POS transactions while maintaining brand standards.

You will participate in product knowledge sessions, support store events, and collaborate with a team to create a welcoming, luxury shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the apparel retail industry.
• Proven record of successful sales performance.
• Experience with affluent/l luxury brands in high-traffic locations is a plus.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and social skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards.
• Build a positive store environment through effective communication and collaboration with the management team.
• Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
• Assist in driving NPS and other selling metrics such as conversion and AUR.
• Develop and drive personal CRM through clienteling and after-sale engagement.
• Handle POS transactions in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain Visual Merchandise directives and store upkeep.
