The José Andrés Group seeks an experienced Event Sales Manager for The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad. You will drive private dining, corporate events, and celebrations, managing the full sales and planning process from inquiry to post-event follow-up.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in event sales, a track record of achieving revenue goals, and a deep knowledge of NYC's luxury hospitality market. This full-time role offers commission-based incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in event sales or luxury hospitality sales.
• Proven track record achieving sales and revenue goals.
• Experience with luxury hotels, fine dining, or upscale events.
• Strong knowledge of NYC corporate, social, and events market.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive event revenue and manage the sales cycle from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, executive assistants, and partners.
• Conduct site tours, negotiate contracts, and build BEOs.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Operations, and hotel teams to execute events.
• Maintain CRM and forecast revenue with the team.
