The role requires hands-on leadership, guest‑focused service, and strong knowledge of contemporary cocktails and premium spirits, with a competitive salary and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of progressive bar or beverage experience, including supervisory or management responsibility.
• Luxury hotel/high‑end beverage operations experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and premium spirits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and service execution to ensure high standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop bartenders and bar staff; manage scheduling and labor.
• Maintain beverage inventory, costs, specs, and adherence to recipes.
• Collaborate with FOH and hotel leadership to deliver luxury guest experiences.
• Partner with events team for VIP experiences and private events.
