José Andrés Group seeks an Event Sales Manager for The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad. Lead private dining, corporate events, and luxury celebrations. Develop opportunities from inquiry to contract, coordinating with Culinary and Operations to ensure every detail aligns with client vision.

You will build relationships with corporate clients, planners, and hotel partners to maximize revenue while delivering unforgettable experiences in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of event sales, catering sales, private dining, luxury hotel, restaurant sales, or comparable hospitality sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing deposits, F&B minimums, guarantees, service charges, and cancellation terms.

Responsibilities

• Drive event, private dining, and group revenue through proactive sales and effective management of inbound opportunities.
• Own assigned leads from initial inquiry through contracting and event execution.
• Develop relationships with corporate decision-makers, meeting planners, event agencies, and other partners.
• Coordinate menus, timelines, and event requirements with Culinary, Operations, and hotel teams.
• Maintain complete and accurate event files and documentation.
