Qualifications

• Proficient with Cegid transactions and POS procedures.
• Able to operate UPS system and basic MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in-store.
• Maintain product knowledge, greet customers and advise on purchases.
• Process transactions accurately at POS and manage returns/exchanges.
• Assist with merchandising, stock, receiving and floor moves.
• Support in maintaining store standards and loss prevention practices.
