Boston Consulting Group in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Manager for Office Experience & Events to lead a high-volume portfolio across LA and Manhattan Beach, translating priorities into effective plans and delivering exceptional employee experiences.

You will independently oversee Office Experience, Concierge, and Events delivery, shape local service models, and partner with senior leaders on operations, cost, and risk. In-office five days weekly with some travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in office ops, facilities or events.
• Proven leadership in complex ops and events.
• Strong budget planning and vendor management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead front- and back-of-house operations across Los Angeles and Manhattan Beach.
• Develop and deliver an annual events and engagement plan.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Real Estate on workplace needs.
• Lead and develop Office Experience, Concierge, and Events teams.
