• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to stay composed and help resolve issues.
• Capable of working independently and multitasking.
• Proficient in professional communication with customers.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Complete required paperwork and record parking revenues accurately.
• Assist customers in lobbies and lanes and direct traffic.
• Provide premier customer service with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.
• Process monthly and debit payments and credit cards.
• Keep the location clean and maintain equipment.
• Monitor and repair malfunctioning parking equipment as needed.
• Wear LAZ Parking uniform, be punctual, and ready to work.
• Work with supervision as directed and follow supervisor requests.
• Inform people loitering to move off property and contact police if needed.
• Ensure the location is safe and address hazards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
