Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment in Denver. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring on-site support, and timely breakdown of equipment after events.

You will collaborate with hotel staff and clients, monitor events, and use Navigator for order entries. A HS diploma is required; AV or hospitality experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates, and breaks down basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Exceeds guest expectations and maintains positive client relationships.
• Communicates effectively with clients and hotel staff on-site to ensure equipment works correctly.
• Monitors events and checks in on customers throughout the day.
• Completes order entries in Navigator and interacts with vendors as needed.
