Tenaska Marketing Ventures (TMV) seeks a creative and detail-driven Customer Event Coordinator in Omaha, NE. This hands‑on role supports customer events across North America that help strengthen and grow TMV's relationships with customers.

The Coordinator develops invitations, event pages, and registration forms, coordinates vendors, and ensures seamless execution from start to finish. This role collaborates with the commercial team, manages budgets, and supports post-event follow-ups, with

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in event management or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in event planning and coordination.
• Portfolio of design work (invitations, digital collateral, event web pages, registrations).
• Experience creating and managing events and registration platforms (Canva and CRM).
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Travel: up to 30% depending on event needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with TMV commercial team to develop event concepts and proposals.
• Create and manage detailed event timelines, deadlines, and schedules across events.
• Design event-specific web pages and registration forms.
• Coordinate logistics: catering, décor, AV, collateral, vendor scheduling, on-site setup/teardown.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to align and resolve issues.
• Support budgeting and expense reporting for events, including invoicing and receipts.
• Support post-event evaluations by compiling feedback and data for future planning.
• Provide graphic support and CRM maintenance for invites and attendee lists.
• Assist with internal employee and executive events.
