Northwood Ravin is seeking a Concierge to deliver a polished, high-touch resident experience at our Northwood Ravin community. You will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering attentive service and clear communication to create a welcoming environment.

With a background in hospitality or luxury service, you will manage the concierge desk, coordinate with onsite teams, and anticipate residents' needs to uphold the brand’s standards and elevate day-to-day living.

Responsibilities

• Manage concierge desk operations, including packages and guest access, with accuracy and discretion.
• Act as central point of coordination between residents and onsite teams to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain visibility in the lobby, balancing hospitality presence with awareness of building activity.
• Create a consistent, polished experience by recognizing residents and anticipating their needs.
• Handle resident requests with judgement and follow-through, ensuring issues are resolved without escalation.
