Job summary

PNC is seeking a Premier Client Banker based in Haddonfield, NJ to lead Mass Affluent client acquisition and retention within the Wealth Management organization. You will collaborate with ecosystem partners, manage client relationships end-to-end, and drive revenue while maintaining risk and excellent service experiences.

You will work in an in-office culture, with leadership expectations and compliance requirements, including licensing and background checks.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required, 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Certifications often desired; in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination may be considered.
• FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses and Life and Health Insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention for revenue growth.
• Build internal partnerships to drive new revenue and manage a portfolio of clients with risk and profitability focus.
• Provide proactive relationship management, onboarding and servicing with ecosystem partners and financial planners.
• Deliver Financial Wellness with tailored solutions aligned to client needs and opportunities.
