Responsibilities

• Carry luggage to guest rooms.
• Handle baggage for tour groups.
• Be a welcome ambassador for all who enter the hotel lobby.
• Knowledgeable of all hotel amenities to communicate with guests.
• Assist in maintaining the concierge’s desk when needed.
• Maintain Leading Hotels of the World and Forbes Travel Standards.
• Assist with bell captain duties in their absence.
• Check out and assist guests with luggage.
