Job summary

Vantage Bank is seeking a Premier Bank Support Specialist to assist the Premier Banking team in Houston. You will deliver concierge-level service, support Relationship Managers, and help maintain client relationships across the region.

Responsibilities include processing wires, opening deposit accounts, handling inquiries, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires 2+ years in banking, a Business-related degree or equivalent experience, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in banking or financial services, including account servicing and client support.
• Proficiency with banking systems, CRM tools, and digital documentation.
• Working knowledge of BSA, CIP, OFAC, KYC compliance.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers concierge level service to Premier Banking clients and supports Relationship Managers.
• Processes domestic and international wire transfers and daily client requests.
• Opens, maintains, and services deposit accounts with regulatory compliance.
• Handles client inquiries, account updates, and payments; coordinates debit card and checks.
• Supports compliance functions and assists with team training and regional visits.
