Axos Bank is hiring a Premier Banker responsible for driving cross-sell of services and products to new and existing clients, including other business verticals. You will manage Premier client deposit relationships, focus on balance growth, retention, and portfolio profitability.

The role involves identifying client financial needs and recommending deposit, lending, and treasury solutions, while expanding relationships through referrals and targeted outreach. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of banking experience, ideally in relationship management, sales, call center or client advisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Premier client deposit relationships with focus on balance growth and profitability.
• Protect and retain client deposits through proactive outreach and tailored discussions.
• Serve as a trusted financial partner by recommending deposit, lending, and treasury solutions.
• Generate new business through referrals and outbound outreach, including opening new accounts and funding.
• Cross-sell bank products and services aligned to client goals.
• Maintain strong client relationships through responsive service and problem resolution.
