Job summary

Regions Bank in Kingwood, Texas is seeking a Contact Center Priority Banker to provide full-service banking for affluent clients. You will offer advice, guidance and education on Regions’ financial products and services to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include meeting call targets, educating customers on loans and deposits, resolving issues, and referring complex goals to internal experts. This in-office role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication and relevant banking

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English required.
• Ability to observe on-screen text and images accurately.
• Ability to use a headset or microphone for verbal communication.
• Proficient keyboard/mouse operation for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Achieves Contact Center targets by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate advice.
• Handles high inbound/outbound call volume from top 10% of Regions customers.
• Educates customers on loan and deposit products and services.
• Owns customer issues and drives resolution with internal experts.
