Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Good understanding of financial services and products.
• Zero up to 3 years of New Account experience
• Complete Personal Banker Mentor Program or Personal Banker Learning Plan; Teller Learning Plan if applicable

Responsibilities

• Open, close and maintain checking, savings, time deposit, and IRA accounts.
• Answer questions and resolve client problems by listening and collecting data.
• Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Maintain privacy of customer information and accuracy of records.
• Attend meetings and training classes as required.
• Collaborate with Banking Center Manager and Teller Supervisor as needed.
