Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to use data to assess student learning, with evidence of growth.
• References that reflect high standing with past employer.
• Able to lift up to 10 pounds and able to stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver daily effective, differentiated instruction.
• Demonstrate knowledge of resources, student needs, curriculum, content, and pedagogy.
• Set instructional outcomes and administer student assessments.
• Create an environment of respect and rapport; establish a culture of learning.
• Manage classroom procedures and student behavior; communicate expectations clearly.
• Engage students with quality questioning and discussion techniques; use data to inform instruction.
• Engage parents and families in their child’s academic success, fostering ongoing relationships.
