Qualifications

• Experience with young children in preschool/PreK settings preferred.
• Demonstrate patience, warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine appreciation for young learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the lead teacher in developing and delivering developmentally appropriate lessons and routines.
• Assist individual students and small groups to reinforce academic, social, emotional, and developmental skills.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, recess, transitions, lunch, and other school activities.
