Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026/2027 school year to support PreK learners near Thornton, CO. This full-time contract role focuses on helping children develop essential communication skills in a dynamic school setting.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children, especially early childhood or PreK.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in cooperation with faculty and families.
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services across a PreK caseload.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and district requirements.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and interdisciplinary team discussions to support student progress.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to address a variety of speech and language needs.
