Job summary

Celebree School of The Woodlands Creekside is seeking a dedicated Pre-K Lead Teacher to plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and supervise an assistant teacher.

You will collaborate with families to communicate progress, monitor student milestones, and ensure a safe, engaging environment aligned with Celebree policies and licensing standards. Continuous professional development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience with preschool or pre-kindergarten in licensed settings.
• Experience in licensed childcare or private school environment.
• Curriculum development for early learners across literacy, math and physical education.
• Ability to communicate progress and updates to families.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly lessons incorporating literacy, gross and fine motor skills, and arts.
• Create a warm, engaging and safe learning environment.
• Manage classroom to maintain organization and safety.
• Collaborate with families to share progress and milestones.
• Support children with special education needs using individualized approaches.
• Attend team meetings and trainings as requested.
• Conduct assessments aligned to Celebree standards and policies.
• Pursue ongoing professional development in early childhood education.
