Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or DFMA is a plus.
• 2–3 years hands-on automotive experience.
• Experience with automotive blueprint reading and SolidWorks is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preform tooling inventory and consumables.
• Maintain digital records of inventories and design revisions.
• Monitor tooling life and adjust processes to improve tool life.
• Provide training for operators on tooling manufacturing and repair.
• Ensure safety, 5S, TPM compliance and quality at all stations.
• Support continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
