Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Journeyman status or 8 years' Tool and Die experience.
- Experience with IATF16949, ISO 14001 and Q1 compliance.
- Proficient in blueprint GD&T and reading dies/part prints.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily tooling maintenance activities and Tool Room staff.
- Maintain education matrix and records demonstrating IATF compliance.
- Promote Lean Manufacturing principles using 5S and Kaizen.
- Coordinate with Production Supervisors to optimize stamping operations.
- Ensure safety and environmental training compliance.
- Provide instructions for tool changes and process improvements.
