• Execute retail strategies to grow Preferred Program households and meet goals.
• Build deep relationships with customers as a trusted advisor.
• Demonstrate ability to simplify and communicate complex financial concepts.
• Support sales/referral processes with the Financial Center team.
• Maintain knowledge of the full line of products and services.
• Meet or exceed investment sales and referral goals with support from Investment Executive.
• Contact customers through various channels and community events.
• Stay informed about industry and economic trends to anticipate customer needs.
