Job summary

Crane Company. is seeking production/warehouse personnel in California to read blueprints, prepare materials, and operate or assist with production equipment. Roles require measuring, cutting, packing, and moving items while adhering to safety standards and quality guidelines.

Applicants should have at least two years in a similar environment, basic data entry skills, and knowledge of hand tools. A valid CA driver's license and reliable vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two or more years of relevant warehouse or production experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and basic safety practices.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and blueprints to prepare materials for fabrication.
• Measure, mark, cut, clean, sort, and stage raw materials and workpieces according to specifications.
• Load, feed, position, and remove materials or products from machines and conveyors.
• Operate production machinery or assist operators by supplying materials and tools.
• Start and monitor equipment; detect malfunctions and report issues.
• Inspect products and materials for conformance to standards.
• Move materials and products between production areas and storage.
• Package, label, and store products for inventory or shipment.
• Lubricate equipment and replace components as assigned.
• Follow safety procedures and communicate with team members.
