Crane Co. is seeking a fabricator for an onsite role in Los Angeles, CA. Candidates should have 2–3 years of assembly, brazing, soldering, and TIG welding experience in a manufacturing setting and be able to read blueprints and use hand tools.

Excellent English communication is required, along with the ability to follow procedures and written documentation. Training on 5S, kanban, and continuous improvement will be provided.

Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools. Must be versatile and possess a good command of the English language both oral and written. Must possess a laser sharp focus to detail.**EDUCATIONAL OR SPECIAL TRAINING REQUIRED**: Must be a high school graduate or have a GED. Ability to read and write in English. Must be a quick learner and be able to follow procedures and written documentation to build products. Also, must be willing to learn and complete audits on 5S, kanban and participate in continuous improvement activities.**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**: Must be able to sit or stand for long periods, perform repetitive motions, have good manual dexterity and vision and must be able to lift 35-50 lbs.
