Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Predictive Maintenance Technician to monitor equipment health using vibration, infrared, ultrasonic, and lubrication technologies and to identify issues before failures occur.

You will analyze data, perform root cause analysis, and support reliability and uptime improvements across the facility. This role emphasizes proactive maintenance and teamwork with maintenance and operations colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance or industrial repair is valued.
• Root cause analysis and data-driven troubleshooting required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes PdM routes, collects and analyzes data to preempt failures.
• Analyze machine failures for root cause and implement corrective actions.
• Perform proactive maintenance using PdM tools: Ultrasonic, Infrared, Vibration.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs including labor hours.
• Work with operations to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
• Train others in predictive maintenance methods.
