Job summary
Link Snacks in Perry, GA is seeking a Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Technician to lead our condition-based maintenance program across manufacturing, packaging, utilities, and support systems. You will perform vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound, and motor testing while partnering with the Reliability Engineer and Operations leadership to prevent failures.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Minimum 2 years of condition monitoring experience preferred.
- Manufacturing experience required; food manufacturing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Establish PdM routes for critical assets.
- Complete baseline equipment health assessments and condition reports.
- Perform vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound inspections, and oil analysis.
- Monitor equipment health indicators and maintain PdM records.
- Provide condition-based maintenance recommendations and assist with work prioritization.
- Support TPM implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
