ROCKWOOL is seeking a Predictive Maintenance Technician in Kearneysville, WV 25430. This 1st shift position (4/10 schedule) pays $40/hour plus benefits.

You will work with vibration, laser alignment, ultrasonic, and thermography testing, writing reports and performing routine preventive maintenance in a safe, modern facility. Join a team focused on safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement as ROCKWOOL builds sustainable stone wool insulation products.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with vibration, thermography, alignment and ultrasonic testing.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work the 1st shift (4/10 schedule).
• Oil and lube training is a plus.

About the Role:

The Predictive Maintenance Technician reports directly to the TPM supervisor. You will join our maintenance team and work alongside experienced technicians, and supervisors to manufacture high-quality stone wool insulation products in a safe and efficient environment.You will use up-to-date equipment to test or assist for vibration, laser alignment, ultrasonic and thermography. Write up reports regarding all testing and inspection process where applicable. Grease and lubricate machinery per the recommended manufactures spec or higher.
