Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in residential wood frame on-site construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, MS Project, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and buyout processes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to meet bid coverage.
• Prepare reports for senior staff and stakeholders.
