Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a proactive estimator to supervise and coordinate pre-construction activities and client relationships. This role involves data analysis, bid preparation, and cross-functional collaboration with GMCA, Inc. and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will manage procurement, develop proposals, and support the construction team through accurate budgeting, risk assessment, and market research, with travel to visit clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pre-construction Managers with information procurement and bid setup.
• Participate in preconstruction training and scheduling.
• Develop strategies for new business development and client relations.
• Establish new client relationships and maintain existing ones.
• Prepare proposals and presentations to clients with complete bid packages.
• Create clear scopes of work for subcontractor bids.
• Coordinate bid proposals and ensure all required forms are completed.
• Support in vetting subcontractors and vendor relationships.
• Manage document control of drawings, specs, and amendments.
• Analyze project risk and perform quantity takeoffs.
