Job summary

Bonded Lightning Protection Systems, Ltd. is seeking a proactiveSales/Estimator to promote lightning protection services and manage bid development for commercial and residential projects in the Austin metro area and nearby regions.

You will analyze plans, specs and site conditions to prepare accurate estimates and proposals. Ideal candidates have sales experience, construction know-how, and proficiency with plan software and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets.
• Experience with estimating for construction projects and bids.
• Proficient in Bluebeam and project management tools.
• Background in construction and ability to read plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Promote Bonded/allG products through customer relations and networking.
• Prepare and review bid packages with customers and vendors.
• Perform estimates on new and existing projects from plans and site visits.
• Conduct regular sales calls and develop new business in Austin and surrounding areas.
