Job summary

Veregy is seeking a Preconstruction Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead project turnover and preconstruction planning from 30% design to construction-ready design.

You will coordinate due diligence, external engineering, permitting, design reviews, and procurement while serving as the primary link between Development and Operations to safeguard scope, budget, schedule, constructability, and client commitments.

Qualifications

• Manages the preconstruction process from 30% design through construction-ready design.
• Leads due diligence, permits, design reviews, procurement considerations, and stakeholder coordination.
• Maintains project scope, budget, schedule, constructability, safety, and client commitments.

Responsibilities

• Leads preconstruction meetings with Development, Sales, external engineering, and Operations.
• Develops and maintains the preconstruction schedule and milestones.
• Identifies and escalates issues affecting cost, schedule, or client commitments.
• Coordinates with Development and Sales for client authorization, site access, and decisions.
