Veregy is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Bells, TX to support day-to-day construction management, safety, scheduling, cost control, contracts, and client interface for field-based projects. This role focuses on coordinating scopes, budgets, and documentation while upholding quality standards and industry codes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or related experience, 1+ year of construction exposure, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in related field or applicable relevant experience.
• 1+ years of construction experience.
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, Project, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience managing scopes of work with multiple vendors.
• Preferred experience with utility billing and the water industry.

Mansioni

• Assist Project Manager with the pre-construction process, project budgets, reviewing required work with subcontractors, and preplanning operational activities.
• Assist Project Manager by reviewing scopes of work.
• Adhere to quality standards within company requirements and industry codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA, ASME, ASTM, NFPA, NACE, IBC & NEC).
• Assist Project Manager in building and maintaining relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, Project Team, and Subcontractors.
• Communicate regularly with all involved parties regarding project plans, status, upcoming activities, and open issues.
• Assist Project Manager with setting up initial budgets by tabulating each required scope of work and inputting into project management and accounting systems.
• Document meeting minutes and manage all project documentation.
